Dear all,

I have placed an order in "www.koovs.com" on 23.01.2012 and my order number: 461984. As per the terms, the product should reach us within 7 working days. But more that 12days rolled, the product not even shipped so far.

The money had been debitted from my credit card account and they are keep on giving the deadlines, but of no use. They are having a WORLD CLASS WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

At the time, when i was placing the order, the item stock was 10nos. But after so many days, they are telling that the product is out of stock. This is absurd, if the item is out of stock , i could not have been able to place the order.

I have called more than 40times and sent mail more than 10times to their WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT. But response at all.

KOOVS IS CHEATING THE CUSTOMER.. KOOVS IS A FRAUD WEBSITE.

WORLDS NO.1 FRAUD WEBSITE IT IS. AM TOTALLY DEPRESSED AS MY MONEY IS GONE.

KINDLY HELP.
