The order number is 437026. I had order Microsoft Xbox 360 wired Controller for Windows whose price is Rs.1240 on their website. On their website they have claimed that the delivery will be done within 7 working days. But they have not even dispatched the order yet. I had sent an email to them regarding this but they didn't reply to it. I tried calling them, but they didn't pick my call.

I would like you'll to request them to deliver the product as soon as possible. Since they have not delivered the product within their specified time period of 7days, I would like you'll to request them to give me the product for free.
