I have ordered 2 (two) hard drives (Buy Seagate Expansion 3.5 inch) from KOOVS.com on 27 Sep, with Order id:181964, and coupon id:KV--216234390 and KV--637921809.
Till date it has not been delivered to me.

Also I had ordered 3(three) phones (Buy Nokia X2-01 Mobile at our ) on 21 Oct, with order id:246808, and coupon id: KV-340414128, KV-34828141 and KV-175950659.

It was delivered on 28 Oct.
But only two (2) phones were delivered to me instead of three (3).

There customer care is inresponsive and phones are almost dead all the times.

I would request you to kindly escalate the issue

Sorry to hear that! Maybe they were not at the perfect state of things @ that point of time! But personally, I really liked their service! I ordered for a Sony Vaio laptop on December 19th and got it delivered at my doorstep on 23rd December!! I didn't expect such a prompt service!! Plus, saved me quite a few grands!. Wat more can I ask for?! In short, Pleased with KOOVS!

Hey BTW, don't they state clearly on their site that they wud deliver it within 7 working days of placing the order?..so 21st to 28th ..tht's 7 days!! :-|..just a thought!!
