I placed a Order Rs.14998/-(SAMSUNG Mobile) and Rs.7598/-(Music System) on 22-May-2010 at 2:30 pm Mr. Bharat is calling me and customer care no. is 01203310700 he not tell me order no. and i call on that customer care no. but that no. is no response.Only one voice msg (WELCOME TO INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB AND AFTER 15 TO 20 SECONDS PNONE IS DISCONNECTED)
He Also tell me that u WON Rs.-2330000 /- and promised to updated on weekly basis,but After 22 May'10 there is no call received by me and i also mail my problem on todayshop@intoday.in mail id still no response.
Plz do the needful........................................... .........

After 25 Days i call customer care no. and got my Booking id-110075613, 110075615 and talking to customer care representative he tell me that there in Lucky draw the amount is Rs. 800000/- and 100000/- and consolations prizes is Rs.- 5000/-. But Mr. Bharat is Promised me for Rs. 2,33,000/-
After that i request him to cancel my order and pay my money but 30 days are to go but they not refund my money, they cheat me.........................
India Today Book Club (Bag It Today) are Cheater

Dear Sir / Madam,
I have booked a Samsung TV from India Today on 26.08.2010 by paying Rs. 19000/- by IVR (phone banking).
The IT representative gave me a customer care number 01203310700. But this phone is not received by any body & just by a welcome tone it gets disconnected. I have been assured to get this product in 5 working days but I not sure now to get it. Is it the phone of India Today?
If anybody has got similar experience, Please contact me on 09869028264 or bindumadhavambike@yahoo.com. Can anyone guide me about a police complaint to be lodged with Noida or Delhi police?
