Hello,
My Name is Chirag Singhal. I ordered a Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini ST15i phone from timtara.com on 10/01/2012. Upon Special request granted by their Manager, Mr. Imtiaz, i was supposed to receive the phone by 18/01/2012 ( Normally they ask for 8-10 business days ). But phone got delivered on 1/02/2012 in more than 20 days. This has caused so much inconvenience to me and my family members. My parents has to courier it again to my new place because of this delay and my parents have to bear this cost. My parents and me made numerous attempts to contact about the status about the phone and even request for call-back which we didn't get any reply from timtara.com for 20 days. Manager also stoped picking up the phone.
Also i ordered White color phone and i received the black color after waiting for so long. Now, i am worried if i ask for a replacement they will delay it more further.
So, i want to register this complain against timtara.com for the inconvenience and mental trauma that me and my parents have to suffer for their delay. We have to bear the cost also of re-delivering to my new place because of this delay.
Support of timtara.com had been so bad with us. It was a disappointing and mad situation.
