I had ordered Blackcherry BL 9000 From Naaptol on 16/06/2010 on COD , I recieved product on 21/06/2010, which was wronge product ( K28) so i talk to their customer care Executive on same day. he guide me to send back wronge product to get my original product & I sent back on 22/06/2010 by Blue dart Courier.After a many Followup by me for my Original product they give me wronge commitment & not helping to track my product from thier vendor. so now i am feddup to followup with ,even i sent mail to those but till date they are not replied to me. so i need help from those type of cheating activity.kindly consider mail for action against those type of fake organisation.
