    Dear Sir / Madam

    I had ordered Blackcherry BL 9000 From Naaptol on 16/06/2010 on COD , I recieved product on 21/06/2010, which was wronge product ( K28) so i talk to their customer care Executive on same day. he guide me to send back wronge product to get my original product & I sent back on 22/06/2010 by Blue dart Courier.After a many Followup by me for my Original product they give me wronge commitment & not helping to track my product from thier vendor. so now i am feddup to followup with ,even i sent mail to those but till date they are not replied to me. so i need help from those type of cheating activity.kindly consider mail for action against those type of fake organisation.

    Default Product not delivered by Indiatimes

    I made purchase through India times online Shoppoing on 25th of May with order Number 112372995, its been two months and every time call them or sent email to them they ask me to wait for 2 working days or 48 hours, now i have spend more many on call then the value of book,

    Do i consider that i have given my money to some charity and forget about the product and stop calling them,they also have published there operations email id on there site in case customer is not satisfied with the customer customer, they can get in touch with operations and there complain will be take care, but to surprise all of us there is hardly any acknowledgement from that email id.

    Can you please tell me what can be done in these case, now i dont care even i dont get my book or money back, but want the higher authority at India times and group to know what all is going on and how the customers are being treated.

    I want to stop other people from repeating the same mistake by shopping with India times.

    Please see all the mails which i have sent and received reply from India times

    Since then i have been talking to your customer care executive, and floor supervisor Sanjay, kishorekumar, and Rajnish, but my problem has to solution, every time i m asked to wait for 48hrs or 5 to 6 working days.

    These is my last request you to very honest with me and give solution to my problem, or else i will belive that i have donated the money to some charity and put all these things on the website of Consumer Forum,

    Aftersoon many follows and never felt that some senior officials are looking into these case, or i feel they hardly know about the same,

    Some were in my mind i have expected that i have lost my money,
    but i Hope India times would not like to lose its image for just 256 Rs.


    As commited by kisore your floor supervisor i will get call from his india, before 8 in the evening to today, for the solution of my problem.

    I again ask you to refund my money, as u are not able to deliver the book on time.

    I would accept India time to acknowledge the mail, personally not by any automatic reply.
