I have order a product named "Utility Combo".
My order id is 120597
I got the delivery of the order very late. And when I got the order the products were damaged.
I asked them for refund.
So they collected the products back and said me that they will refund the money through Cheque.
It has been two months that I have not received any refund from them.
They are also not replying my mail.
Really the hopeless online shopping service i have encountered till date is mGinger.
