I have pictures of the cake for proof and will take this to the court. Their customer care couldn't help much. This has caused a lot of anguish and had to order another cake to be sent from different website which turned out to be nightmare as well. So this needs to end here have contacted a journalist friend who is doing a story on online shopping fraud.
