Dear Sir,
On Naaptol.com advertisement, I had ordered one product 'Get in Shape for Men' against cash on delivery.
I received the product on 30th Jan through Aramex courier and paid in cash. While opening the packet, I saw the size which I ordered was not the same.
I tried reaching them on their phone nos. which could not get through. Finally on 6th Feb, I wrote them an email requesting them about the wrong size delivered to me and I have kept the packet intact and not used it.
To my surprise, they replied back that as per the company terms & conditions, they can only take my complaint/grievance if complaint is made within 24 hours from the date of receipt of product. Upon my keep telling them that I tried immediately after checking the product but every time I called up only voice came "your call will be attended shortly".
I emphasized them that the PRODUCT IS INTACT AND NOT USED BY ME AND I ONLY WANT THE CORRECT SIZE. But they have refused to replace it.
Also, though I tried approaching them on time i.e. within 24 hours of receipt of product, but nowhere I found that it is written that I have to approach them within 24 hours from the date of receipt of order.
They are not even giving me their office address so that I can reach senior authorities and say that only their no.09223516148 / 09223526148.
The invoice I got along with the packet has the courier address which is
