I ordered the above product thru Naaptol after watching their TV programme.
My order no.604631 dated 26/07/2010 was complied within 4 days thru courier COD (collect cash on delivery basis). I paid Rs.3200/- as the cost and shipment of the product. When opened the box I found a set was damaged. After contacting Naaptol I was advised by Mr.Savio ,an official there to send it back thru Blue Dart Courier,their own agency, and I will get the replacement within 15 days.
I sent the jewellery thru Blue Dart on 03/08/2010 vide their receipt no.12740187821.which detail I conveyed to Naaptol on the same day and was assured that I will receive the product within 15 days. BUT till date I hv not got my jewellery and further they are not talking to me properly whenever I call at their no.09223526148.
Today I told them that if u dont send my item I will go to consumer forum the person on the phone laughed at me. I think their intention is not fair.U R requested to please help me.
