I purchased a Blackberry Playbook 32GB from Naaptol using Debit Card on the 31/12/2011 and have not yet received any delivery or tracking number or a specific date of delivery. Their customer care(09223516148) number mentioned on their website also does not work and only after constant emails did they write back promising of satisfactory resolution to my problem. Today i received a call from one of their executives stating that the above mentioned product was out of stock and i was given the option of either getting a refund or to wait till new stock arrives(they cannot commit a date). I do not know how they can take an order without having stock of the product and after having taken the order not seeing it through. Now that the offer(Blackberry) is over and i will be unable to purchase the item at the discounted price elsewhere i believe i have been cheated by Naaptol and would like to take legal action against them. Please let me know the best way of going about this.
My order id for the above mentioned product at Naaptol is 3137928.
