    Angry NAAPTOL/Car Stereo

    Hi,

    I had ordered Car Stereo in NAAPTOL online website.I received the product which was in a bad condition completely broken into pieces. I tried to call the customer service and they are hanging the call and finally Customer service agent gave me a number to contact.When i called to the given number, they do not respond well or cut the call. the product is Rs. 2299 and now they say they cannot refund the product.They are being too rude on the calls. I have been calling them which is a STD calls and they are being rude...Kindly let me know how do i get back my money.

    Hi,

    I had ordered VOX ePhone with TV + Stylish M Tv watch over telephone no-09223475000 which was given on news paper advertisement.I received the product from First Flight courier which was in bad condition. The touch screen of the mobile is not function.I tried to call the Naptol .They gave their customer care number which was 09223516148. When I called the given number they do not respond well & told me always please give us forty eight hours we will called you. But five hundred hours past away no called or no executive called me.But now I wants to return my money. Kindly let me know how do get my money back.

    Default REFUND NAAPTOL / BlackBerry Storm 9530 With 3G + 2 GB SD Card

    Dear Sir,

    Had ordered (BlackBerry Storm 9530 With 3G + 2 GB SD Card) worth Rs. 9798, vide order # 2996661 on 12/12/2011.

    Payment was made On-Line vide DEBIT CARD.

    Order was cancelled on 13/12/2011 due to Non-availability of product.

    Since 13th Dec i have been in touch with Ms. Geeta Nalvade, Mr. Jignesh Gangapuram & Ms. Sneha Surve of NAAPTOL. As per them the money was refunded back to CC AVENUES (Service Provider for fund transfer) & will take another 7-10 Days.

    After catching hold of Ms. Kunjal Panchal, Ms. Joanna Rodrigues, Ms. Agnes, Arun Jeevaraj of CC AAVENUES it was informed that they have refunded the money to their BANKERS on 4th Jan 2012, for further refund to customer (us) & will take another 4-7 Days.

    Now, what i don't undertsand is that even after 28 Days, money is neither with BUYER (Me) OR SELLER (NAAPTOL) NOR SERVICE PROVIDER (AVENUES), but the BANK.

    There is no reply from NAAPTOL nor CC Avenues & no body is in position to habe a committed reply on above subect.

    Request you to please inform how can i get the refund ASAP..

    We would request you visit your nearest Blue Dart office and send the whole product to the below mentioned address:

    JS associates,
    2, Mangesh Industrial estate ,
    Subhash Nagar,
    Mulund Link Road.
    Nahur West,
    Mumbai- 400 078.
    Land mark Behind Designo Furniture Showroom.

    Also, provide the centralized A/c # 113260. Mode: DP to the logistics. You will not have to pay any courier charges for the same. and if asked for the value of the order at the counter, kindly mention a value below Rs 1000 (as the order is defective does not hold any commercial value).

    Request you to duly pack the product in the same original box that you had received along with the accessories at the time of delivery.

    Also, ensure proper packing of the product is done, any defect during transit Naaptol will not be held responsible.

    On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [2971465] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.

    Please put the copy of invoice received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the reason for Refund.

    Please help us with the AWB [Air Way Bill] after sending the product.

    It would take 2-3 days for the product to reach us, & we would initiate the refund and the same would be couriered to you within 10-12 working days.

    Request your patience in the interim.
