I made an order with naaptol a mobile hand set "aquax2'.for rs 3199.00
service was very fast
but received aquax6
battery not good in swollen condition
made complaint with costomer care
they misguided me to 4 months.
further i found software problem,
complain posted but sweet answer to avoid the case.
charger stopped working
once after a long discussion they asked me to send the set return and to replace it or repair it.
two month after a number of phone calls they sent the same hand set in same condition.

Losses-
mental harrasment
money loss in phone calls

I ordered MediaG2 mobile to Naaptol on line shopping payment through cridit card.They promised that there is service centre of company at Kota(Raj.).I received defective mobile with broken screen.When I complained to company They told me to send the mobile to Banglore .This is fraud with me.This mobile was also China made while they not mentioned it in their advertisement in Rajasthan Patrika. This mobile should be replaced by the company on their own expenditure.
