    Default Naaptol.com - Blackberry Storm

    I bought Blackberry Storm on 15th Nov. via Order No.2815531. it was delieverd on 17th Nov.11. Could not operate for 2 days as the charger was a flat pin. On 19th Nov.11 when swutched the discplay screen was going On/ Off and even function keys were not working properly. I complained on 24th Dec. to Naaptol and eventuallu sent it back on 3rd Dec.11 as there was no other option avaialble. Since then i have been following up for my refund and to no respite. First they claimed they never recieved phone, so i had to procure POD from Blue Dartthey are just doing delay tactics to avoid refund.
    Can anyone help or i have to go Consumer court only.

    These are just "delay tactics" from Naaptol.com. All details were sent at backoffice.k@gmail.com a month back. However sending it again. Track No.AWB #13402865125.
    Your office has also given complaint no. 13402865125 one month back, no refund has happened yet. My patience is running out... Your Ad never mentioned that refund will be given only within 24hours of purchase. The box was not even opened in 24hours. U can see the condition of the phone that it is Brand new. I want my refund of Rs.10280 put in my CITI a/c 5313581227 by 03Feb.11.

    72hours have long past and still not recieved my refund.
    this is ridiculous.
    Why has it not been refunded yet. it is over 2months that i sentback a defective product:mad:.
    POD scan copy was sent more than month back, your customer care aakash told me it will be done in 48hours then and nothing has happened so far.

    It has been more than 14days that this email was received, but no cheque has been received by self. I had also provided my CITI BANK A/c no. 5313581227 for direct Credit but that has also not happened - WHY?????
    What is the status of my refund???? Give me an update today, I need the refund by 29th Feb.2012.
