I bought Blackberry Storm on 15th Nov. via Order No.2815531. it was delieverd on 17th Nov.11. Could not operate for 2 days as the charger was a flat pin. On 19th Nov.11 when swutched the discplay screen was going On/ Off and even function keys were not working properly. I complained on 24th Dec. to Naaptol and eventuallu sent it back on 3rd Dec.11 as there was no other option avaialble. Since then i have been following up for my refund and to no respite. First they claimed they never recieved phone, so i had to procure POD from Blue Dartthey are just doing delay tactics to avoid refund.
Can anyone help or i have to go Consumer court only.
