Naaptol on line shopping/mobile
I ordered a media G2 mobile on Naaptol .In advertisement they neither mentioned nor they told on telephone that mobile is China made.Also they sent me defective mobile with broken screen.On telephone they promised that there is service centre in Kota (Raj.).Now they are telling me that send this mobile to Bangrore.Now please help me.

This is to bring to your notice that i have got the mobile online, no 358639000408523.
touch screen of this mobile is non functional since it was bought. kindly advice regarding the service centres available in bangalore - Karnataka or else kindly consider for replacement of the handset.
