Hi,
Recently i placed a order for sony ericssion vivaz mobile phone(RS 10798) online with Naaptol.com
i placed the order on 24th December 2011 and i received my order on 18 jan 2012 which is one month delay
2. i was informed that i will receive one watch worth RS3950 for free with this but didnt receive anything.
3.phone which is given to me is reprated phone it look like new but it is not
4.the phone which is given to me is unlocked h/set from at&t company U.K they didn't informed anything to me at the time of order confirmation.
5.phone back cover is not tight enough
6.sometime phone get charge and sometimes not.Problem with charging
7. headset is not working
8. whenever i call them they make excuses and customer care executives are very rude they never listen i have called them many any times.
please help me out i don't want any replacement i want the money back i don't want to deal with this company ever.
