    Default Naaptol online order

    Hi,

    Recently i placed a order for sony ericssion vivaz mobile phone(RS 10798) online with Naaptol.com
    i placed the order on 24th December 2011 and i received my order on 18 jan 2012 which is one month delay
    2. i was informed that i will receive one watch worth RS3950 for free with this but didnt receive anything.
    3.phone which is given to me is reprated phone it look like new but it is not
    4.the phone which is given to me is unlocked h/set from at&t company U.K they didn't informed anything to me at the time of order confirmation.
    5.phone back cover is not tight enough
    6.sometime phone get charge and sometimes not.Problem with charging
    7. headset is not working
    8. whenever i call them they make excuses and customer care executives are very rude they never listen i have called them many any times.

    please help me out i don't want any replacement i want the money back i don't want to deal with this company ever.

    well i got a call and i spoke to some agent from naaptol her name s shetal i clearly told her i want to send back this h/set and want refund she told me fine i will send u sms with the adress u can send it back and know its more than 24hr havnt recived any message.
    morever i have seen many threads about Naaptol that they dont refund money very easily
    know i am worried if they take the h/set back and will not refund what will happen please advice me some legal action i want to sue this company as they are providing the secondhand h/set which is unlocked h/set belong to some other coutry and other network and there h/set are not comatible in india.please advice me some leagl action

    Dear Mr.Sareen,

    We are sorry to note that the item that you have purchased through the order no-3092055 .

    As per our telephonic conversation you said that you found damage product. This is a very rare and unfortunate case and we apologize for the same.

    We request you to kindly send the item back to our warehouse within 7 working days mentioning the order number on the packet.
    * Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
    * Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage uring transit.

    Kindly do note- the above two points are to be strictly adhered to so that we may process with a refund.
    We would request you visit your nearest Blue Dart office and send the whole product to the below mentioned address:

    Also, provide the centralized A/c # 113260. Mode: DP to the logistics. You will not have to pay any courier charges for the same and if asked for the value of the order at the counter, kindly mention a value below Rs 1000 (as the order is defective does not hold any commercial value).

    On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [3092055] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.

    Please put the copy of print label/ invoice/delivery challan received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the details of defect.

    Please help us with the AWB [Air Way Bill] after sending the product.

    It would take 4 to 5 days for the product to reach us, & post that we would send you the refund cheque in 12 to 15 working days.
