Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had ordered a book through naptol.com online shopping service almost 45-46 days ago, but I have not received that product yet. For this inconvenience I had already contacted on phone to its customer care so many times but didn't get any satisfactory answer. When I ordered the book I was told and confirmed that the order will be sent to my address within 4 to 5 days. For this inconvenience I also wrote an email to its CEO mail ID which is ceo@naptol.com, again I was told to give them 24 hours to solve the problem but still they didn't delivered the product. This is to inform you sir/madam that I had already paid the price of that book at the time of booking it but haven't got the product yet. These online shopping services are making the customer fool. Strict action should be taken against them so that customers may not face any inconvenience while purchasing any thing through online shopping services.
