Dear All,
I got Nokia BH 503 Bluetooth Headset(#3299675) on 31st Jan 2012, but it is not compatible with Nokia 7230 Slide which they listed in the naaptol.com/online-store/WO-product-W29834O-shopping-mall-W1435O/.html.
I tried connecting the headest to my mobile many a times but could not succeed in connecting. So I went to Nokia care yesterday(1st Feb) and enquired about the issue, they checked both the Nokia products and confirmed that Nokia 7230 mobile is not compatible to connect to the Nokia BH-503 which uses A2DP bluetooth technology. I called Naapto at 2:45 AM, 10:23 AM, 10:48 AM and 11:39 AM today (2nd Feb), and I was told that I should have made call within 24 hours of receival of the product. I did spent 2 hours to find the compatibility issue and took my time out to speak to customer care several times, but either they cut the call or they said 'Sorry sir, Nokia 7230 which is listed is compatible with Nokia BH 503'. My question is Nokia products are desined by Naaptol or Nokia?? If Nokia website nds1.nokia.com/phones/files/guides/Nokia_7230_UG_en.pdf clearly does not A2DP technology in bluetooth supporting tech. where did this Naaptol get the compatibility information from. As this is an UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE, I want the refund or the Nokia BH 503 compatible to Nokia 7230 slide. Please let me what to do...
