IO had purchased a mobile phone from shopping.indiatimes.com and payment was done on 20th May. Within 3-4 days i was provided with a Shipment Number from Aramex Courier Company reagrding the delivery order. However, the Shipment number turned out to be wrong and in somebody else name carrying a separate product. I registered a complaint regarding this with indiatimes (Complaint Number:284098 ) and have been following up with their call centre since then. However,i am yet to receive the product.
