Dear Sir,

In November 2009 I had made payment to India Today Book Club Rupees 2199/- by BOB Card (Master Card) No. 5473 4406 0546 0075 .for I think, an encyclopedia or some thing like that. I regularly subscribe things of India Today and hence I have not kept any papers. I have neither received product nor any gifts. The above said amount is debited in my BOB Card Account on 9-11-09.

I request you to kindly investigate and inform me the status. In case the product and gifts are delivered, please let me know name of person to whom it is delivered and if possible mail me scanned copy of POD.

In case above are returned back, Kindly send them at my following address.
