I made a mobile recharge of Rs. 750 through FREE Online Prepaid Mobile Recharge & Top Up for Airtel,Vodafone,Reliance,Idea,Tata Indicom,BSNL,Docomo,Aircel,Videocon,Loop,Uninor,MT S,S-Tel Mobiles on 4th dec. 2011 at 2 am . My recharge was failed but the required amount is deducted from my bank account. When i contacted them they told me your recharge will be updated in 24 hrs. i waited for 48 hrs then i reply them back i did not get any recharge yet. Then they told me your amount will deposit back to your account in 5 working days .. i waited for over 2 weeks and i complained them that i did not get any recharge or any of my amount back they asked me for bank statement showing the amount is deducted i ,mailed them with my bank statement. ,they told me we have updated the required amount in your bank and gave me some reference no. and told me to contact your bank , when i visited my bank they told me no such payment is made. when i contact them back i got no replies over 5 days its frustrating that few cheaters think they can do a crime and can hide. make me so much frustrated i made the recharge cos i had a telephonic interview with a company in USA and i missed that cos of them .
