    With Reference to the Order No.16361645.I have requested on Online Recharge- Recharge Prepaid Mobile Airtel Vodafone Reliance BSNL Idea Uninor Aircel MTS Tata Docomo Tata Indicom MTNL Loop Virgin & Online DTH Recharge to add cash to my paytm account on 30-Jan-12 16:45:50.But during the whole process after entering all my bank information and passwords.The process in between pops up with an error.And when i have seen my bank account statement the Amount of Rs 149 has already been deducted from my account and the balance of mypaytm account has not increased.

    Afterwards i have placed a request 2 times on paytm site only. Regarding paytm cash issue but still i have not got any response from the company.

    Angry Paytm.com gets money but do not recharge

    Hi all
    I am chirag from Ahmedabad with airtel number +91-8128365279, i had tried to recharge of Rs.100/- today but when i submit the billing information i got an error message saying internal error, however i get message from my back atm regarding bal. deducted of Rs.100/- while i still stuck which no recharge, is this bull shit service from PAYTM are providing???
    i have registered the complain by sending an Email to care@paytm.com but no one to respond, again i have comment on Request #100200520 ticket but no one even acknowledge, i have read the forum and complaints, i am registered this complain because i feel this website is fraud, its looks the site is making people fool and getting money, i advise to admin that kindly take strictly actions against this company as many people like me lost money and waiting for response from company to get their money back.

    thanks for reply, I have sent the bank statement detail to ticket but no one has acknowledge that, does that mean i should forget this issue and just leave the fraud website, people stay away from this website i will rate this site -0.00 because the care support is sucks, 3 days but still they keep telling sent the mail to care, i want to fine serious complain against this website.

    Angry Payment made but,no recharge

    Sir, On 7th Feb 12 I recharged my mobile no. 9928694957 (airtel prepaid, rajasthan) of Rupees 333/- using SBI intenet banking through paytm.com. After all banking formalities an error shown and recharge was failed and remarks was given was payment failed but payment of rupees 333/-was deducted from my account. Please do the needful so that I could get back my payment and many of my friends are using paytm.com. If my money wont be returned then no one will believe on this site. my payment details were
