I am Kasa.N.V.V.Satya Prasad,resident of asansol,burdwan distt,west bengal.i am working as technician with IISCO steel plant under STEEL AUTHORITY OF INDIA LIMITED which is purely a Central government public sector unit

I have purchased pen camera 32 GB with free gift fixitpro car scratch remover for Rs.1799 online through the website Buy cheap Pen Camera, Spy camera, 16gb, 32gb pen camera,Delhi,bangalore,chennai india. I paid the entire amount of Rs.1799 with my HDFC credit card.

After booking I was stunned of the services provided by the website pencameraindia.com.i have not received any confirmation email, no sms nothing. At the time of booking itself I thought I don’t receive any item. The contact number is also peculiar if u try continuously u will listen engage after some time it will ring but nobody will lift. If u try more than 30times then u can catch customer executive and if u ask about the order they will simply tell, you will receive it. They even cannot provide courier consignment number also. Even u cannot find any email of the website

The booked receipt will be shown simply as below. This is my payment order on 3rd january2012.There will be no confirmation email or sms and even the status of the delivery of the item

I was surprised on 14th January call from my area post man that there is a parcel. But I went to my native place at that time.i returned on 30th January and I collected from the post office. I opened in a hurry with anxiety to have a look on the item.

I inserted the pen drive camera in USB port and stunned because it is showing only 15GB.But I have ordered for 32GB.It should show 32 GB instead of 15GB.my mind became dim. I don’t know what to do? I cannot go and fight because I don’t know the office address. It is an online store. Then finally I thought to satisfy with 15GB but I have a doubt whether it will work or not.

So I first tested to copy 15GB data in the drive.ok cool.15 GB is copied but my happiness became dim with in a second because I formatted the drive which is full of 15GB.soon after I formatted the drive,freespace is showing just 412 mb total capacity. I have formatted so many times but it is showing only 412mb instead of 15GB.

Ok cool let it show 412 mb if u try to copy 15GB then it will be copied and if u check the copied files ur files will be copied partly in kb’s but not full.

This is the cunning formula or software which product manufacturer will set the disk capacity to show 15Gb for the first time when it is inserted in usb port and they also will set to copy 15GB data by compressing the whole 15GB data to 412MB.This is story of the product if u use it as data traveler pen drive

And coming to the second story that is hidden camera and video recording

Camera will not work. If u press the button yellow light will blink for some time and blue light will flash. If blue light flashes video will start which is the information given by product manufacturer. But if u believe you r fool. Just wait for 5minutes with blue light and make it stand by and insert in USB port to check the video files.

U will find video files. After seeing files don’t excite because no file will open. File size will be 0 KB which u cannot play and watch any video.This is also manufacturer’s cunning software which they set after pressing the blue light flash some default useless video files will be automatically by default uploads in your flash drive which u will think as your video file.

HI all guys I was wasted Rs.1799 with poor knowledge in online shopping. I am posting this thread to save innocent guys from this cybercrime.i know I cannot get any refund or replacement of this item but it Is my advice don’t shop online in untrusted websites like Buy cheap Pen Camera, Spy camera, 16gb, 32gb pen camera,Delhi,bangalore,chennai india

Shop only in trusted websites like infibeam, naaptol and flipkart.This is my suggestion
