I ordered a Phillips shaver/trimmer online from timtara.com-India?s No.1 Online Electronics Retailer. Shop Online in India for Electronics, Mobiles, Cameras, Appliances, Computers. on 9th Jan 2012 and they had promised to deliver it within 8-10 working days from the date of order.
Its 2nd of Feb now and they have not delivered it yet.
When i called them yo know the status of my order,their representative replied that they do not have the stock right now and as and when it comes,they will deliver it.
They are not even cancelling my order and returning the money.
I am suffering from the mental trauma because of this.
