    Default Poor service from Naaptol.com

    Sir,
    I have purchased a mobile phone from naaptol.com on 20/03/10, Order No. 241667. Same was found defective and i talked to naaptol.com customer executive regarding the problem. they told me to send mobile through some couriers such as DTDC/FirstFlight etc only. When i went to these couriers, they refused to accept mobile for dispatch. With lots of struggle, naaptol.com people accepted to receive product through speed post and promised to refund courier expenses. After wards, my courier was returned from Speed post stating the destination address was wrong. naaptol.com has accepted that address provided by them was wrong, but now they are not giving there correct dispatch address. They are not accepting that i even talked to them on phone previously. Last two week, when ever i am calling, i have been telling that their server is down. I am totally exhausted with this thing. There is no response from their internet feed back-web page also in last 2 weeks. Please suggest what to do in this case.

    I have bought G2 Media phone 10 days before. The style, audio quality, defective memory card slot performance was too bad and approached Naaptol for returning the product and refund the amount. Though I have given lot of feedback, mailed to replyfromnaaptol@naaptol.com and also called several times, I am not getting proper feedback. I have asked by naaptol customer service representative to return the product to vendor. I had sincerely packed and approached couriers like Bluedart, firstflight, professional, ST couriers etc., None of them are accepting the mobile phone as courier. I have tried to approached by called them nearly for 6 times on yesterday (05th Oct 2010), but getting recorded message that customer service representatives are busy. I don't understand what to do and totally confused of what next to do. I would request some assistance on the same. Can any of you please guide me in returning the product and getting the refund.

    I have spent so many calls and days in following up on these issue and getting mental tension of carrying this defective instruments.

    Thumbs down Fraud by Naaptol

    Dear Sir, a few months back my wife ordered a phone for her dad in orissa but after a few days after order placing and full payment the company said they could not deliver it as they do not have a service in that area of orissa and so will return the money. After more 50 calls they havent retruned, they always say it will be credited in the next five days. We want to highlight this through your forum inititially and if we dont get a response we will move the appropriate courts and even the media...we know they have tied up with some papers who advertise for them...but there are several others who will sure highlight how these guys are cheating people.

    Default Poor Service - Goods supplied not as advertised - Order No. 1045257

    I had purchased one Reebok tracksuit combo in terms of the above order.
    As per the specifications of the product given in the advertisement, the tracksuit was supposed to be with `Mesh Lining'. However, the tracksuit supplied was an ordinary one. It was returned for replacement, but the same type of tracksuit was resent and when contacted over the phone, the standard reply was they do not have any other tracksuit in stock.
    It was a very frustrating experience and a nightmare to deal with the so called customer care executives of the company and I had to finally accept what was supplied. The tracksuit still remains unused. This type of unfair dealings and mis -selling shakes the faith of the customers in buying the products through mail order system.
    Hope, the company takes some positive steps to undo the wrong.

    Angry naaptol fraud company

    NAAPTOL CHEATED ME IT’S A FRAUD COMPANY
    Don’t buy anything from naaptol they have cheated me even after paying for the product they did not deliver the product and after 6 months they are also refusing to refund the money back.
