I have purchased a mobile phone from naaptol.com on 20/03/10, Order No. 241667. Same was found defective and i talked to naaptol.com customer executive regarding the problem. they told me to send mobile through some couriers such as DTDC/FirstFlight etc only. When i went to these couriers, they refused to accept mobile for dispatch. With lots of struggle, naaptol.com people accepted to receive product through speed post and promised to refund courier expenses. After wards, my courier was returned from Speed post stating the destination address was wrong. naaptol.com has accepted that address provided by them was wrong, but now they are not giving there correct dispatch address. They are not accepting that i even talked to them on phone previously. Last two week, when ever i am calling, i have been telling that their server is down. I am totally exhausted with this thing. There is no response from their internet feed back-web page also in last 2 weeks. Please suggest what to do in this case.
