I had ordered 18 days ago last to last friday,Invoice # 100000884 for Order # 100001715. I have not received my parcel, and I have never been attended to on phone and I have had no replies to my email. I want my order to be delivered within tomorrow!

I had ordered a product with Invoice #100000801 & Order #100001539, I have never received any info regarding the dispatch or any other form of communication. My order date was 26th Dec 2011, and now it is 8th Feb 2012, 42 days past the order date, nobody replies to emails & phone calls, I wonder if they also exist now?
