I had purchased i9 multimedia dual sim mobile from indiantimes shopping site by paying online . My order no. is 112402005 .Suborder no. is 3134618 and the item is i9+ dual sim 3g multimedia mobile and my complaint no. for the return is 310089 dt 18 Jun and 23 rd Jun10.AWB no. is 6148673790. I received the product ontime but charger ,handsfree were unserviceable .Also onsite warranty was for three months whereas the warranty given by the seller M/S Technix ,Mumbai (022-22035454/09323296761) was one month only as per the bill. I have sent the mobile twice back to him for the change but he has send the same product again writing that your warranty period is over. I had purchased the product from the website Online Shopping: Shop Online for Mobiles, Books, Digital Cameras, Computers, Fashion Jewellery at Indiatimes Shopping. I have sent complaints to their customercare site customerservice <customerservice@indiatimes.co.in/ .but nothing is happening .I would request you to intervene & check if my product could be exchanged or the money could be reimbursed.Thankyou
