I have made an order of a laptop worth 19750 from timtara.Com. Which claimed to send it within 8 working days. This has not been done and I have been informed that they dont have the product itself and will send me another samsung laptop. They have not sent it and keep giving excuses. Mr raja does not receive the calls and is fooling the public. The customer care does not answer the calls and when they pick up they only say that we will dispatch it today or tomorrow.. or in two days.. the fact is that their two days does not come at all.. this is a fake website creating mental tension for all the people who have faith and ordered from their website and give them the money with faith on them..

cheating innocent people. just finds faults how to avoid sending peoples orders and just taking peoples money.

I had placed an order (order no. 10081604, order id 10179907, item- Samsung GW73BD 20Ltr Grill Microwave Oven) in timtara.com web site, purchase date 29 Jan 2012. Still today I did not get my product. So many times I had made phone calls to their customer care number i.e. 03340166500 and also send email to customerfirst@timtara.com and raja@timtara.com. Every time they told me 'your order will be dispatched next day' or wrote as "Greetings from timtara family, Please accept our sincere apologies regarding late shipment, We will process the order in next 3 working days. Looking forward to serve you again, Regards -Raja Singh". But basically they did not dispatched the order item. I had bought that product to gift it to my cousin in her wedding on 22nd of Feb 2012. Their poor service torturing me mentally. I need my money back or need my product within next week. Please help me and take some action to this web site.

I have odered these products on 30-APR-2012 the order IDs are: #10247924, #10247918 and #10247916. Due to late deliverables I choosed to cancel the product and accordingly I raised the complaint on 15-MAY-2012 and the customer care promised me that they will call back and solve query with in 24 hours. Today its 6th day and still I did not received any information from them. Everyday I call to customer care with my query and they simply reply that they will call back in 24 hours. I am asking when this 24 hours will be over? Why are not they taking it seriously? Why there is not customer support? they even do not let to speak to their supervisor or manager.

Kindly cancel my products and refund the amount ASAP. Or atleast ship the product with order ID #10247918 and cancel the other orders #10247924 and #10247916

I also request the authority to take strict action against Timtara to simply harrasing the customer.
