we buy an samsung lcd tv through online shoping cafegadgets.com.the order was booked by my brother who stay in southafrica on may 13.the tv was dispatched on may 20 from gurgoan,haryana and reached to dibrugarh,assam on may 28.we received a damaged lcdtv worth 40,409/-.we informed cafegadgets.they took till today and they were saying to send back tv with no other damages with our money.we r not milliniors to spend or throw money all the time.my husband is working in airforce.we stay in chabua,assam.moreover if we courier the tv we cant give surity that it reaches safe.in any case loss is us.

we r demanding for a new tv or refund amunt.pls do favour and help us.

all the work done thru online shopping is transperent,i mean all different eyes.the person who place an order wont see the original one,the person who took and dispatched is someone,the person who received the item is 3rd one.in any case the lose is for buyer and receiver.ultimately we the customers.i demand online shopping to stop.
