I have recharged my Dish TV Account from website named as rechargeitnow.com via HDFC net Banking ,but due to the technical problem of their website the amount was debited from my bank account but still not received by the team of rechargeitnow.com also according to their Refund Policy my amount was not Refunded to me till date.Neither they have mentioned any Customer Care no. to contact with.
So,its a request to please look into this matter and take necessary action as soon as possible.
