I had a failed transaction of Rs.950/- whilst booking ticket on Redbus.in site on 27-Dec-2011 for which they said that it will be re-funded in 7 working days and till now(09-Jan-2012), I haven't got my money back.

the above complaint is invalid - written in error. I had to check with my bank for some confusion in transactions. Redbus.in had credited my amount i suppose.
