Hello sir/ Ma'm,
Hereby I would like to know you that I had ordered for a mobile handset over the phone on 6th of June, 2010 from FutureBazaar customer care as there was an one day offer going on from EZONE electronics. I made the payment of Rs.5999.00 over the phone through IVR with my creditcard. I was assured that I will be receiving the product within 10 working days from the date I ordered for. However I havent received the same yet. I have been sending mails after mails for the reason why they are not sending the product yet to which they reaply "" Our merchandising team is closely working towards arranging the product. Please be assured the same will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours post the same is arranged. The tracking information of the shipment will be communicated to you once the product is dispatched from our warehouse"" Even I had to call them for query which charged me more than Rs.200.00 since the no. they provided was a chargeable one. However it never happen I am able to speak with any of the executive there because every time I called up I was kept on hold and no one answer to my call. However I was able to to contact through only mail and the responce I receive every time have already mentioned above.
Please help me with this situatiion.
