Hi There, I have order 'Whirlpool Grill Microwave - 20 Lts Electronic' using rediff site and my order number is 6143925. It was supposed to be delivered on 3rd Nov 2010. I am still waiting for its delivery but there is no joy. I keep phoning rediff on 022-66042000 and every time they say I must lodge a complain. I have done so. I have written the same complain 3 times and my complain numbers are 011-112-839 , 011-121-366' and 011-121-487.
These guys are useless. They dont worry about the customer. I am calling each time from South Africa and I have called 20 times atleast. Please they must let me know if they want to deliver the stuff. If no then they must pay my money back with all the interest plus my Telephone costs. They don't understand, how much important this gift was. It was supposed to be delivered on Diwali from a brother to a sister.
