I have ordered the 2GB MP3 PLAYER IN REDIFF SHOPPING order number order No. 6895005. I RECEIVED THE COURIER IN THAT ONLY EAR PHONE IS AVAIABLE AND NOT THE PRODUCT I DELIVERED IF I CALL TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED TO RESPOND BACK .

i even tried calling to the PS Enterprises the dealer, they said they will call me back within 10 min and didnt call me back when i called them they did not receive the call and then they made the not reachable . REDIFF IS A BIG FRAUD SHOPPING . YOUR MONEY WILL GO IN WAIN .

PS DEALER IS ALSO A FRAUD COMPANY .

I NEED MY MONEY BACK OR PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY.

IS THERE ANY WAY TO LODGE COMPLAINT ON THIS BOTH IDIOTS
