I am writing this to lodge a formal complaint against Rediff shopping for a fraud done against me. A brief of the case is as under :-
I buy super sealer from Rdiff shopping on11 Jan2012. I receive it on 18 Jan 12. I found it not work. So I click on “customer care” given in their e-mail of “Post your feedback for order No. 6858374”.
So it open new window in that I post my complaint on 18 Jan 12 also on 19 Jan 12, But I don’t get reply so 23Jan 12 I phone on “18002662333” but they said that we don’t take complaint on phone so send e-mail to us on ‘customersupport@rediff-inc.com” So I send e-mail to them. I still not get any reply from them so I phone rediff shopping
On 31Jan12 On phone they say 7 day is over so that we not able to take care of you complaint. And we not replace the product or refund. On phone on 31 Jan 12 they say we take complaint on phone. I send two e-mail withen7 days. Still they said they not receive it. How? They laying as there no proof remain in sender hand of sending e-mail to them.
I also try seller mobile number 9833657822 as given by rediff shopping in their e-mail; but I found no one answer it.
So all it cheating/fraud. Rediff shopping should give me replacement of this product or refund me my 149Rs.
