I have purchased Blackberry mobile from naaptol in may 2011 but there was some difect in July , Though the product was in sellers warranty i have sent it back to naaptol. for repair.
Meanwhile they said they will give me new product as earlier was defective . They dispatched the goods to my earlier address inspite of updated them several time new address..
At the end i didint get my Mobile , They assured me in october to refund my money as that was there fault ,
since then they have taken my bank account information to refund but yet its january Mid and i am yet to recieve my refund ..they keep on updating you will receive your refund in next 7 days but there days never come..
