I have ordered few products from seventymm.com worth Rs 588 with order no:SMA0036536 on 9 Dec2011. They still showing my status as pending dispatch. I called them on 16 Dec asking for delivery , they told me the item is not available and we'll refund your money within 10 working days. I called on 26 Dec to ask the status but there was no satisfactory response. I called on 3rd jan 2012 and they told that refund case is not yet created but system is not working now so they will call me back but there was no call back.later i called on 5th jan and i created a refund case with ref 160004 on 5th jan 2012 and they told that refund will be given back within 2 days. they are not dropping me any confirmation mail , i think they dont want to give anything on written. Since 5th jan i am calling them every alternate days and they are not giving me any response , they always say that they will give me a call back, yet no callback nor any refund.
I am calling them again and again and being an std Tolled number , i am wasting alot on the calls , they are not replying if i post a compliant in their site. Always a message is displayed we'll call you within 4 working hours.
I am very much frustrated and want to raise a consumer complaint against them and need my refund back along with the charges which i am spending on calling them almost alternate days.
