Refund Polocy

Sir,

I'm J.Chaya Kiran i made a recharge on Online Prepaid Recharge for Airtel,Vodafone,Idea,Aircel,Reliance,Virgin,BSNL,M TNL,Spice mobile phones,TataSky & DishTV on 03.05.10 for the sum of rupees 111/- my account has been debited and recharge is not done till now i didn't get my money back.almost 16 days are completed.I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON THIS WEBSITE NOT ONLY THIS ALMOST I LOST NEARLY 200 TO 250rs IN THIS WEBSITE.
