I have ordered 2 Qty of Home Power Laundry Hanger,on STAR CJ website on 8th Dec 2011, for Rs.3798, but order is not delivered until 28th Dec 2011, and when it arrived there was only one piece in the Delivery, which I returned to the Courier guy immediately and asked for new delivery in proper quantity, but instead of delivering in proper quantity, they themselves have canceled my order.

After that I called them up and told them that I don't need the refund and want them to deliver the product instead, they again booked an order on Cash-On-delivery on the terms that my Earlier money will be returned before the arrival of the new delivery, but till date neither I have received the money refund nor the product.

When the new delivery arrived, I contacted to Star CJ, for keeping the product in lieu of the money which was not returned, but they didn't let me keep it and I returned it.

Since then I have called customer care for my refund for 25 to 30 times but unfortunately they are not interested to give my refund. I feel tricked and also that they have bad intentions of taking double amount for the product, first by sending single qty, and later taking the Cash without refunding the earlier amount.

I don't need the product anymore, and I am frustrated by the Ignorance of STAR CJ customer care and its officials, who always claim that I will be getting a call soon from their Senior Executive. I have wasted hundreds of rupees in phone calls, but people at Star CJ didn't even bothered to give a single call back, plus the waiting periods "ON HOLD" are so high on a paid customer care line. I feel they have hired a bunch of idiots who are sitting there doing nothing, every time you call them you will get the same response.

Pls help me. How can i get my refund?

And I would like to caution all that, "NEVER DO ANY ONLINE PAYMENT TO STARCJ THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY"

Hope I get some help from this forum and Star CJ people get some sense of responsibilty that It's somebody's hard earned money, and hope they learn to respect the customers and give calls and apologize genuinely rather than just making claims, and process my refund back soon.
