    Hello,

    This is in regards to complaint which i have to make against Bharat Matrimony organisation. My name is Miss Deepa Kodnani and I belong to middle class family. My parents paid hard earned money under Priviledge scheme to Bharat Matrimony to the following person Mr. Deepesh Bhagwanani who is the regional head of Bharat Matrimony in Sb-30 Windsor Plaza R.C Dutt Road, Alkapuri, Vadodara. He gave my parents assurance that i will get a proper match if i go through this priviledge scheme. He also assured my parents that the executive appointed for us will send us daily mail in which it will cover 2 proposals on daily basis.

    We got an executive appointed named Mrs. Pooja Dadlani of Ahmedabad. Bharat Matrimony office in baroda is located at the below mentioned address:

I had made a complaint on 20.06.2010 but till date nobody has contacted me even after giving several calls and chatting online on a frequent basis. However I have not received any call yet. I need some action to be taken on this organisation and their personnel like Mr. Deepak Bhagwanani and Mrs. Pooja Dadlani for mentally harassing me and my parents and not responding back as per the requirements.

    However then I called on toll-free no. 180030003456 where Bharat Matrimony executive said Mr Pankaj who is the senior personnel will contact me on 23.06.2010 at 10.00 A.M. However I have not received any call yet. I need some action to be taken on this organisation and their personnel like Mr. Deepak Bhagwanani and Mrs. Pooja Dadlani for mentally harassing me and my parents and not responding back as per the requirements.

    Default misleading advt and unsatisfactory sevices of privilege matrimony

    I had taken privilege matrimony services 2 months ago in the hope of getting some suitable matches for my daughter, who is 30 yr old healthy professional. However, from day 1 our expectations were not fulfilled. First, we got a Relationship manager from Delhi, Ms Sharma who did not bother to check my daughter's account at bharat matrimony and sent us those profiles who either we had or the other party had rejected earlier.Then she told us point blank that since our daughter is healthy so it is difficult to find a match for her. Also, she showed our daughter's profile to some aggarwal boy and they rejected the proposal. This was done without our knowledge i.e. we do not know even a single thing about the aggarwal boy. Upon our request to the centre incharge whom we had to call 5 times, they sought to transfer the case to some boy in the same centre who refused to take the case. Next, they transfered the case to Chennai and a new Relationship Manager, Rachana was given to us. She has tried to do her job but is unable to provide suitable matches to us. I have requested the database personel/management people to help Rachana to help her in providing us suitable matches i.e Punjabi pref khatri, prof qualified , healthy, delhi/ncr based matches to us for the last 2 days. I first chatted with Vivek and then with Helen , who have said that the complaint has been passed to the concerned dept and they will get back to us that day itself. But now 2 days have passed and there is no response. Now, today I have sent a mail to care@privilegematrimony.com.
    I need some action to be taken on this organisation for their dissatisfactory services.By charging Rs 17000/- and mentally harassing their customers this organization shd be taken to task.
