I had placed an ad in "releasemyad,com" on 20-May-2011 and had made the payment immediately for placing an ad in Hindu in Chennai. The ad was scheduled for 24-May-2011. I immediately received an email that my payment is completed and it is waiting editorial confirmation. When i called up releasemyad on 23-May-2011 to make sure that my ad will be displayed the next day in the newspaper, they said that the payment is not made. I reconfirmed that it was made on 20-May itself and then they immediately changed the status in the system as payment made. I received an email notification. Now my ad will not appear as planned for 24th because of problem/commitment from their side. When i asked about it to them they say "bad luck" and will refund the money. This is not acceptable as i have to wait for another week because of their mistake. I do not want the refund. I want them to compensate me for the delay of my ad by a week.

Generally different Newspapers have different timelines within which we are able to process their ads - which we have to abide by. And at times due to certain unforseen circumstances, we are forced to delay / reschedule certain ads to comply with their systems.

As per our policy - we have processed a full refund for your advertisement - and are working swiftly to ensure such processes do not repeat in the future for any of our newspaper partners.

Hi All,
releaseMyAd is total fraud service. You are very lucky if your ad get published. They dont have any complaint telephone number.ReleaseMyAd customer care ((044) 3992 2660) never response they always say we dont have any free cc executive now. They have ony one email-id "questions@releasemyad.com" . I send mail several time at this mail-id but they never reply back.
