    As mentioned by you I have patiently waited to get my complaint resolved.I have registered a complaint on 25/1/2012, complaint no : 2337586 and as of now I have not got any proper solution for it.Nobody even bothered to communicate me.I need the refund immediately for the crap and defective product you have delivered.

    I was just contacted by the vendor, and he asked me to contact Naaptol for the refund.As advertised as " 100% Money back guarantee if the product is defective and damaged", I need the refund to be settled immediately and being a lawyer should I proceed legally for the default?

    Sir,

    I have patiently waited for so many days and I would have asked "n" number of times about the address to which I should return your defective product and get the refund.Neither I have got a call from you nor I have been responded PROPERLY through mail, except for the default mails like we will resolve your problem.But I find no step has been taken from your part.If this continues, being a lawyer I will send a legal notice by next week for cheating me with defective product and not returning my money back.

    We would request you visit your nearest Blue Dart office and send the whole product to the below mentioned address:

    JS associates,
    2, Mangesh Industrial estate ,
    Subhash Nagar,
    Mulund Link Road.
    Nahur West,
    Mumbai- 400 078.
    Land mark Behind Designo Furniture Showroom.

    Also, provide the centralized A/c # 113260. Mode: DP to the logistics. You will not have to pay any courier charges for the same. and if asked for the value of the order at the counter, kindly mention a value below Rs 1000 (as the order is defective does not hold any commercial value).

    Request you to duly pack the product in the same original box that you had received along with the accessories at the time of delivery.

    Also, ensure proper packing of the product is done, any defect during transit Naaptol will not be held responsible.

    On the back cover of packing request you to add your name and complete address, along with Naaptol order no [3274512] and your mobile/ landline no for easy identification and further processing.

    Please put the copy of invoice received by you (copy) inside the box along with a note stating the reason for Refund.

    Please help us with the AWB [Air Way Bill] after sending the product.

    It would take 2-3 days for the product to reach us, & we would initiate the refund and the same would be couriered to you within 21 working days.
