I am a regular buyer from online stores for last 3-4 years. Some how I was satisfied with the services provided by respective site operators. But all my good concepts got vanished after I purchased one product from M/s Seventymm.com.
They had floated a very lucrative offer which after seeing finalized in the month of Oct-11. The customer service team had confirmed me that the said product will be delivered to me before Diwali. but this product got delivered in the month of Dec after several pokings to the customer helpdesk. Now, apart from the main product, some freebies were also there, which after doing several followup, I have not received till date.
The said correspondence is also attached along this mail.

I would request to kindly take care not only for me but for the whole nation from such kind of website operators.
