It is very painful to note that u have not responded (either over phone or through mail) after my sending the requisite forms, duly filled along with all particulars sought by u, for 3 holiday packages to Hyderabad in the names of Smt Veena Raghavan, Mr. K S Raghavan and Smt ANuradha raviprakash. As u are already aware, we have deposited Rs.12000 for the same. Except for the paltry gifts sent by you, we havent received any response from ur office regarding Holiday package.
It is not the question of losing Rs.12000/- for us. As far as we are concerned this is not a very heavy amount, but it is the question of trust which cannot be valued. For the sake of just Rs.12000/- we never even thought in our wildest dreams that a company can cheat us to the core.
Now we have started to feel that all the reports about SHoptoday which we read in the blogs are very much true to the core and we shall also contribute for the same in future.
If u have any moral turpitude (which I am sure u dont have) about ur company please reply this mail and making the facts clear to us return our amount since u have not sent us the holiday package. After having cheated by u very badly, we are hardly interested to visit Hyderabad.
Hope and trust are the two things in this world which cannot be valued. Please dont play with the sentiments of the people hereafter because u wont flourish in ur business if u cheat people for their hard earned money and earn their curses.
U can please wait and watch for our for further action on ur company`s reputation hereafter. We will leave no stone unturned to see that all ur misdeeds and false promises are exposed to the public.

I have been cheated very badly by a holiday package company name SHOPTODAY Home - Shop To Day.
They have cheated me and has taken Rs 32000/-(Thirty two thoushand rupees from me).

A person from shoptoday Rakesh Kumar Shukla called me on 19-Apr-2011 and told me that i have won i10.Than i asked him how he said you have been our member since Nov2010 so your name is shortlisted for our i10 draw and in which 3 persons will play and they have to deposit 32000/- in our ICICI Bank A/c Details are

And whose ever will deposit the money first will win a i10, runner up will get a sony vaio laptop and third place will get a 32" LED from samsung.

I cross questioned him than why are you saying i have won i10 if its a contest he said draw is just a eyewash as the other two persons are from mumbai and gujrat and they want to do publicity in NCR so they will make sure i am the winner and give me the i10. Even Rakesh make me talk his senior Virat he also explained the same and said to me you will win i10 and shoptoday people will make sure that you win it.

For duping me they said they created a fake contest and said it to me i will have 30 mins window to transfer the money and even i have to decide on my convenience the time for the contest and they will run the contest in that window and they will make sure other peoples are not able to transfer it in that time.

Finally they succeed to dupe me and i transferred my hard earned money Rs 32000/- through my NEFT my ICICI bank account to there above mentioned ICICI bank account on 20-Apr-2011 at Sharp 13:00.

I transferred the money and called shoptoday no body answered me even i called Rakesh Kumar Shukla on his personal number 9891741499 which he has given to me to win my faith but he keep on disconnecting my phone.

Next day 21-Apr-2011 I called there customer care number called Rakesh from there sales team over there he said i have won a second prize and first prize is won by Saurabh Panenkar from Rajkot.
I said how is it possible so he make me talk to his senior Ashish he said Sir you have won a Sony laptop not a i10 so i said how is it possible when Rakesh and Virat was commiting something else.
So he said to me its your mistake and start abusing me.

And since then i called Rakesh Kumar Shukla and Shop today customer but nobody answered my call.

I have been badly cheated by these guys even i didn't got any Laptop also till now and nobody is answering my call even on there customer care number.

If shoptoday person is right
Can they tell me here who has transferred money into there account on 20-Apr-2011 at 13:00 Hrs Sharp first by there bank statement.
Can they introduce us with Saurabh Panekar who has won a i10 ( No publicity from them of this guy even on there website)


I just say to all persons over here if you ever get a call from person from Shop today just disconnect the call otherwise you will be a victim of fraud and you will lose your money

I got a call at 4.40PM on 10th March 2011 for domestic holiday package from Shop Today.

I immediately said i am not interested,then the executive of shop today said that they are sister concern of Home Shop 18 and today is the 6th anniversary of the company.Hence shop today has selected 31 lucky persons from all over india and i am one of them.He said if you will transfer 8000Rs by 6PM to their ICICI Account then i will get a 10.1"Mini HP Laptop on my doorstep on the 4th day.If i will transfer or deposit the same money tomorrow then i will get a philips home theatre.I have asked certain questions and got conviced that Shop Today seems to be a very genuine company and i transferred 8000Rs thru cheque at 5.30PM in the nearest ICICI Bank,i immediately got sms that 8000Rs is debited from my account.I informed Mr Vishal Bhardwaj,Process Manager who has offered me this package that money i have deposited in their account.He assured me that i will get the Mini HP Laptop in 4 days time on my door step.On 11th Mar2011 i got email that they have received Rs3999/-,i immediately informed them that i have transferred Rs8000/- then why they are confirming that they have received Rs3999/- only.Then their executive again sent me a new mail saying that they have received Rs7999/- and my membership ID
is 20000211,now for the laptop which was supposed to come in 4 days time,it never came,after lot of daily followups and mail i got philips hometheatre containing 5 nos speakers on 4th april 2011 with
another membership id 20000183,i informed them about this then they said it is mistake of their despatch dept and they will correct this.But from 4th April2011 to till date on 28.4.11,they never reverted,they never replied to any of my mails.On 22.4.11 at 4.30Pm,their excecutive Mr Rahul Sharma abused me on phone and sent me vulgar obscene sms thru way to sms.com.Mr Vishal Bhardwaj who had sold me this package never ever came on phone.From 10.3.11 to 28.4.11 i talked to following executives of shop today who always given me false assurances.Their Names are Vishal Bhardwaj,Maheshwari Singh Rajput,Rahul Singh,Rahul Sharma,Mahesh,Yogesh Chauhan,Mehul,Richa,Prateek Desai,Amit,Tajendra,Narmada Maheshwari.I had asked these executives about the owner of the shop today,three different executives had given three differenet Owner names as Manoj Pant,Ravikant Mishra and Durgesh Dwivedi.
I have informed about this incident to all my relatives who are living in Delhi and NCR and they are working on the project of SHOP TODAY in their North Indian Delhi/Noida Manner.

I am also victim of Shop Today. I want to know why we cann't stop these guy to making such a fraud. We must join our hand and go to the right authority so they can take action against it. Please visit below link if you are not satisfied with shop today

I also got trapped last dec in the holiday voucher scam. I received the voucher and promo code but booking is not possible as no one responds on telephone/email/letters.Please tell us means to get refund of money and if any action can be taken on such cheats.

I have paid Rs.3999 in last december for 2 nights 3 days holiday & watch to Shop today. And recieved the voucher & Reebok watch after so many mails, calls & complaints.

Now I am trying for the Holiday booking from last 2 months but all the shoptoday numbers are out of service & no one is responding the mails.

If anybody has new numbers of shoptoday please mail me those numbers on my mail id- swapnarajput@gmail.om
