I purchased a product from snapdeal.com for Rs.999/-. The Order # was: 258789382. They were unable to ship the product, and cancelled the order. They refunded back the Rs.999/- as SD Cash, and also promised and later confirmed through an e-mail (copied below) that an additional Rs.500/- SD cash will be credited to my snabpdeal.com account as compensation. So, I was to get a total of 999+500=Rs.1499 SD cash. But, only Rs.1200/- SD Cash showed up in my account, which was/is Rs.299/- short. Despite repeated e-mails snapdeal.com is refusing to credit the balance Rs.299/- SD Cash. I'm extremely disappointed to say the least because of them NOT honoring even their WRITTEN commitment. Here are the details:
