Hello Sir ,

1 . On 16 Dec 11 , i ve placed an order for REEBOK GIFT VOUCHER worth Rs 500 using my credit card on soldinsixty.com .

2 On 18 dec 11 , i ve received a REEBOK gift voucher and that was 50% OFF on REEBOK items upto RS 1000. This was not the voucher which i ve asked and same was communicated to them ( help@soldinsixty.com) .

3. Thereafter i got an automated generated reply on 23 Dec 1 tht complaint ID is soldinsixty#2685.Later on i ve received a call from thr helpline that they are dispatching REEBOK GIFT VOUCHER worth Rs 500. But its almost a month since i ve placed an order and yet to get the same .

4. Now even after sending 4-5 replies , thr is no response from tht side .

Kindly take up the matter .
