Hi,

Its been around 5 months I didn't get my refund from Star CJ alive.


It regarding a purchase made on 30 Sep 2011 via online shopping payment made by Credit card. Product was Laundry Hangers (2 Qty) ordered on same day with the payments (Rs ~3700/- both) as well.
After a month time passed, I didn't received my Products and not even the refund.

I did lot of followups and I made around 100 phone calls, but every time I got same excuse/reply from Customer care, "Sir, Please wait for 2 more days" OR "Our senior will surely call you--But I never got a single call from any senior" OR "Our system is down, can't check the status" etc etc.

I sent 50 mails to response@starcj.com. But no action has been taken on those.

Its really a pathetic service STAR CJ are providing to customers. It seems their executives are really so poor to help out any of the customer, for each minor info they needs to approach to their seniors. And seniors are sooooo busy attending customer complaints due to they never bother about such kind of complaints where refunds comes into picture.
I would have no option to knock the door of consumer court. So I am requesting you to help me out to refund my money asap.

I am fed up now in terms of waiting time, in terms of call to their cust care, in terms of their fake excuses.
