Dear Sir/Madam,

I Mrs. Dolly Katharia had actually bought Morphy Richard Juicer and Mixer on 10th of July 10 from Star CJ alive teleshopping while I received the product I found that it was damage and same was reported to customer care on the same day who said that within next 24hrs we will you will receive the call to sort the complain registered. But guess what I received a call on 15th stating that they have dispatched the product and we will receive the product with next 5 working days but all in vain. After raising the complaint so many times it was communicated to me that the product has been dispatched and we may receive at any stage. Today is 29th July 10 and I haven’t received the product. I am sick and tried of calling at customer care and talking to different people every time by discussing the same matter with them every now and then. Today Mr. Sayed had committed me that I will receive product before 20:00hrs which as of now I haven’t. I have communicated the same to Mr. Mohammad and Mr. Darshan (Sr. Executive) who have also assured me that the product will reach latest by 20:00hrs.

Its annoying that every time when I called up I was given a bunch of promises by their executives but no one tried to sort out the issue. Intially the day I reported the complain about the damage product it was communicated to me that star CJ alive doesn't have any fresh product in stock which I believe will not be true but still I trusted the same and kept obeying their words. There was a purpose behind ordering this product; I needed to use it and not to pack n keep it on top of the shelf. Their commitments and promises has annoyed me the most and this is the last time I am buying any product from them. I had enough of it, I had told many friends about this channel but now I will brief them about this incident too. We always say word of mouth is the biggest source of publicity to make our business grow higher; but I had such a terrible time with them that has forced me to take this step.

I did not get the product today now latest update is I have to leave my profression and sit at my place and wait for the product to arrive. Now they commited me to deliver the same latest by tomorrow 18:00 hrs. When I asked for the money they said it will take 7 working days to send it.

Thank you for your pathetic service. Your service culture is worst; I have never ever seen such service culture in my life.

Guyes with my personal experience I am telling you all don't ever try n get into all these things especially with Star CJ, they are pathetic. They are big time looters and do bunch of bullshit promises. they carea dam about their customer feeling and adhere to their standard for them customer is just like a tissue. Don't ever get into all this.... they are useless and now believe that they sell cheaper product because its damage and then torcher the customers like this.

i have odered a samsung mobile on 13th of august from delhi i mwanted to gift it to my sister on rakhi as per the comitment from the starcj the said to deliever it on 14th but it is 26th today i have not recieved it yet. due to them i have to get down in front of my sister and my relationship with her is on the border line of ending.

Star CJ Alive is a fraud company.I have placed an order from my mobile no. 9560666784.I have paid 10K upfront and since three months I have not got the product nor the money back.The people running the fraud have to be arrested.It is a complete channel drawing money from all over the country.Something has to be done to take care of this mess.I have complained on 50 websites and have got responses from over 5000 customers who have been under the same circumstances.Its a shame,a shame on the business ethics.I am ashamed that such a channel is running and fleecing people.

I bought a Gas Over Tandoor from Star CJ alive.In their advertisements, they have been mentioning that there is a scheme in which a slicer is free with the Tandoor. I placed the order and recieved the Tandoor but no slicer. When I wrote to Star CJ alive, they never replied , instead, one of their representative called me up and said that the scheme was only for Telephonic orders and not internet orders . I objected to the reasoning as the advertisement never stated that the slicer is free only on telephonic order. I requre you to intervene in this matter. My Order Num - 20110505013621

Dear sir/mam

I ordered a Glen Chopper on 12th of august from Lucknow with an order no. 20110812020824 which was supposed to be delivered to me maximum by 22nd of Aug. I have'nt received the product till date(06-Sep.11) and all the time the customer care executive tells me that I will receive the call from the concerned department but no one has turned up.
I will be highly obliged if you look into this issue and take some serious action against these fraudulent practices.
