We had placed above order on 24 Sep 2011 to Star CJ. We did not receive the product as promised. We have been calling the help line trying to cancel the order and are repeatedly told that we'll get a call back. Someone will call back and promise that the product or the money will be refunded within 7 days. It does not arrive. They are just harassing us like this for the past 2 months. We might have spent over Rs. 200/- only in following up with them for this Rs. 4000/- product. Pl help.

They do not provide us with any complaint number either nor give the refund.
