I'm ordered on 11.1.2012 of 40pcs steelo belly pet (2sets) on online and paid through credit card but star cj delivered on 13.1.2012 of 20pcs only (1set). At that time immediately contact customer care 011-33555533 for complain then customer care executive told me note down on invoice as "one set received", so we do that. Then I'm emailed on 13.1.2012 at 12.13p.m. for written request/complain and till date i have 7reminder to send to star cj but no response and parallely almost 7times call to customer care 011-33555533 and 2times call to 022-33555533 but no one response me, only comments "we will complain to concern department". Now I'm requesting to our Consumer Court please punished him and STOP the advance payment COLLECT BY STAR CJ form customer NOW AND FUTURE.
